Ever notice how something that's perfectly normal to you can drive someone from another generation absolutely CRAZY?
A new look at generational etiquette shows that Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers have VERY different ideas about what's considered rude.
Gen Z: Don't even THINK about calling without texting first! Seriously, who just randomly calls somebody anymore? They also aren't fans of fake people or anyone who doesn't respect personal boundaries.
Millennials: Respect their time! That means no work emails after hours and definitely no expecting an immediate response when they're off the clock. They've got enough going on!
Gen X: GET TO THE POINT! They have zero patience for pointless meetings, long-winded explanations, or people who turn every conversation into a therapy session. Just tell them what you need!
Baby Boomers: Whatever happened to good old-fashioned manners? A firm handshake, a proper introduction, and actually picking up the phone still mean something to them!
The funny part? Every generation probably thinks the OTHER generations are the rude ones!
