We're one step closer to the robots taking over, as Chinese company Unitree has unveiled a new humanoid robot the company says can run faster and jump higher than a person. The company posted a video of the "Superman" robot on social media showing it performing a two-meter standing jump and then reaching a speed of about 28.3 miles per hour. That means "Superman" exceeded Usain Bolt's recorded peak speed of about 27.3 mph, which Bolt reached during a sprint in 2009. Unitree said this robot took just over three months to make and that they hope to make further improvements later this year.
