How do you feel about sharing food? According to a new survey, 10% of respondents said they feel strongly about not sharing what they’re eating. Almost half of those surveyed said it bothers them when people take something off their plate without asking. How much do these people hate others sampling their food? 30% said they would rather buy someone a separate meal rather than share theirs. 15% said they’d had an actual argument with someone who swiped food from them.
When it comes to the foods people are most reluctant to share, the number one is fries, followed by pizza, ice cream, and chocolate. And the people they least want to share their food with? That would be co-workers, followed by friends and siblings.
