According to a new study, your risk of having a heart attack increases around Christmastime. Researchers found that the risk of heart attack increases 37 percent at around 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve. That’s the real danger zone.
In general, the whole Christmas season is a bit hazardous, with the risk increasing 15 percent until the holiday is over.
Not surprisingly, researchers point to all the stress we endure at this time of year -- and the damage that stress does on our bodies. (Science Alert)
