Working from home? What's it worth to you?

If you haven't gotten a raise in a while but have transitioned to working from home over the past few years, that kind of amounts to a raise -- according to an economist at Stanford University. A survey of remote workers found that the average American saves anywhere between $4600 and $6000 a year by simply working at home. In fact, some have even said they would be willing to take that much of a pay cut to be able to work from home. The savings come from not having to commute to work, or buy expensive lunches, or buy nice dress clothes, or pay for daycare, etc.
