Is working from home adding to your waistline?

A new survey found that working from home can mean eating 800 more calories a day than if you were working in an office. 36% of the remote worker surveyed said they snacked even when they weren’t hungry, and 60% said they ate more unhealthily at home. It’s not hard to understand why – the fridge and pantry are just steps away. Speaking of steps, walking to the fridge doesn’t count. The same survey found that working from home can result in 3,500 fewer steps per day on average.
