… We’re a little more than half-way through the year, and it seems some people take that opportunity to make some resolutions. Apparently during the warm, sunny days of summer, people are more inspired to make changes than in the cold winter months. A survey found that 45% believe it’s easier to motivate yourself when it’s sunny, and 44% feel more energized to meet goals in the summer. And 72% of respondents said they were more confident about meeting their goals this time of year than those who made resolutions in January.
