We're officially in the last month of 2022 -- we've almost made it!

That means that if you start right now, then by the new year, you'll already have a new habit under your belt that you'll need to focus on keeping, rather than starting. That way, you're starting off the new year a step ahead of everyone else. Plus, it gives you something else to focus on besides all the chaos of the holidays.
