Tired of terrible morning breath?

A wellness expert posted on TikTok about one way to stop breathing through your mouth while you sleep, and you probably already have everything you need for it. Just tape your mouth shut. That’s right, Alexis Fischer (or known on TikTok as Lexfiish) suggests putting a piece of tape over your mouth before bed to physically stop you from mouth-breathing. “It is a little uncomfortable at first and you will have to get used to it, but try it out,” she said. “You will get the deepest sleep you will ever experience.”

I'm no expert... but I'll just rinse with mouth wash in the morning..
