KELLY CLARKSON: No Eviction for Her Ex

A judge denied one of Kelly Clarkson's Christmas wishes. She cannot evict ex Brandon Blackstock from her Montana ranch, where he's been living.

Kel was declared "legally single" back in August even though no divorce settlement has been reached.Us Weekly reports she addressed a judge in a virtual hearing and asked that Brandon be removed from the property, but the court sided with him, buying his claim that “he doesn’t have the financial means to afford to purchase a residence of his own at this time, citing the unresolved financial aspect of their divorce.”

The "Miss Independent" singer pays Blackstock $150,000 per month in spousal support and an additional 45 grand in child support for the son and daughter they share.A
