Working Remotely ... From Bed?

While it’s perfectly acceptable to tell people you are working from your couch while working from home, somehow working from bed is a no-no.

According to an impromptu poll by Real Simple, anyone telling you they haven’t actually worked from their bed is probably lying -- because a whopping 72% of people admit to it.

And maybe it's time to embrace it ... According to a physical therapist that spoke with the magazine, if you’re susceptible to back pain, working from bed is actually better for you. Seems the more you change positions, and if you’re in bed you’re changing positions quite a bit, the better it is for your back. The worst thing you can do for your back and your overall health is sit in a desk chair for hours and hours at a time.
