This Sunday is Easter so why not put on your Sunday best! Change out of those pajamas and sweats and dress up. You'll feel better and it will actually feel like a holiday. Jill put together a list of different activities you can do with your loved ones while in quarantine!
Dinosaur Easter Egg Holder:
Universal Studios Hollywood has a fun way to turn your Easter eggs… into Dinosaur Eggs! They have a really easy paper craft to print out and you will end up with a velociraptor - BLUE from Jurassic World - holding your Easter goodies! All you need is scissors, a printer, some double-sided tape and a fork! Here's the sheet you need to print out!
Shaving Cream Dyed Eggs:
You can dye Easter eggs with shaving cream and food coloring! My sister and my niece did this last year and its really fun. You put white shaving cream evenly onto a cookie sheet – and then squeeze the food coloring over it. Use different colors if you have them and use a straw or a spoon to kind of swirl it all around. Roll an egg on one side into the colors and then flip it over. Then let it sit for at least 10 mintutes and rinse with water.
Quarantine In-home Easter Egg hunt
Have an in-home Easter Egg hunt OR get friends, family or the neighborhood involved! You can suggest that everyone “hide” colorful paper Easter eggs by taping them to their doors and windows. You can find a lot of templates online or just draw your own. Then you and your family can either take a walk… or get in the car if it’s somewhat nearby – and drive around and look for these paper eggs! You can even go for a walk and just look for Easter decorations around the neighborhood.
