Butterball has committed itself to helping Thanksgiving hosts cook and prepare their holiday meal with the Turkey Talk-Line, and now they're helping hosts tackle another chore — the cleanup. The company has introduced the "Butterball Buddy," a turkey-shaped gadget that vibrates and chimes to assign holiday chores to whoever's holding it, from setting the table to washing dishes. The idea comes after a Butterball survey found most hosts wish guests would help more, but many are reluctant to ask. The Buddy passes the job of delegating to a gadget instead. It also doubles as a kitchen timer and includes information for Butterball's Turkey Talk-Line. The free devices will be released online at ButterballBuddy.com throughout November while supplies last.
