Stop working so much...

If you're working more than 52 hours a week, your brain right now is begging you to stop. A new study finds that working long hours may actually be changing the physical structure of your brain. Researchers looked at healthcare workers and found that those who worked longer hours showed significant changes in parts of the brain – specifically ones tied to decision-making, emotions and memory. Their brains were scanned and were found to be visibly different compared to those of people working closer to a 40-hour work week. Researchers say this may be why overworked people feel mentally drained and emotionally off-balance.
