Booooring … If you're at work right now counting down the hours to quitting time because you're bored, you can count yourself among the nearly half of Americans who are just like you. According to new research, 46% of American workers say they are bored at work for most of the week. That doesn't necessarily mean they don't like their job. In fact, 71% say they do. It's just that they're bored of doing the same thing day in and day out. Half of Americans agree that boredom at work comes within two years of working there and that they would be less bored and more motivated if they had the opportunity to create a new project at work.
