An Indianapolis man was so drunk when cops found him, he was passed out at the wheel and wearing his pants as a shirt.

The 24-year-old was found behind the wheel of his car blocking traffic.

He was wearing only a t-shirt, underwear, and one sock. He had his pants on—“but they were on his arms. Both arms were inserted into the legs of his jeans.”

He was arrested for DUI and put in jail.

New App For Lost Pets

There is a new app that uses facial recognition technology to help reunite lost pets with their owners.

PiP, which stands for Positive Identification of Pet, allows users to upload a photo of their missing animal and then, using facial recognition software, runs a search against its database of pets found in the area.

It also allows owners to issue an “Amber Alert” which notifies all local veterinarians, animal control units, rescue agencies and even users of Twitter and Craigslist that the pet is missing.

14 Year Old Girl Tickets Cop For Illegal Parking

The ticket was for $10 which was to be paid to the manager of the store next to where he was parked.

The cop and the manager gave the girl a $40 gift certificate to Toys ‘R’ Us for her efforts.

Dog Saves Owner With The Heimlich Maneuver

A Springer Spaniel named Mollypops saved her owner's life with the Heimlich maneuver.

Rachel Hayes just ate a piece of hard candy, which lodged in her throat. Choking, coughing and not able to talk, Mollypops came up from behind the woman and hit her in the back so hard that it dislodged the treat.

After the rescue, Rachel said she was crying and shaking because she thought she was going to die.

She "burst out crying and said, 'I love you'."   Mollypops came over for a cuddle. But she don't think the dog "knows quite what she has done."

It's very possible Mollypops knew what was happening. There have been studies conducted in which dogs sense a human is in distress and rush up to put paws on the person's shoulder.

Perfect For Crazy Cat Lady

There is a new system that lets people play with cats at animal shelters online.

A company in Idaho came up with the idea and has installed its system in 10 animal shelters across the US.

It allows people to control cat toys via the Internet while watching the cats play with them. The system relieves boredom for the animals and has boosted adoption rates.

It is also being installed in children's hospital to allow the kids to play with the cats remotely.

Confirmed:  Drinking Does Make You Funnier.. But…

Drinking really makes you funnier.... but only when you are the judge.

Researchers invited 12 comedians out for a night of drinking at a club and each was asked to come up with a joke, deliver it and then have another drink.

They were also asked to rate their own jokes, on a scale from 'slightly amusing' to 'hilarious'. All the jokes were later judged independently by a sober online panel.

The comedians rated their jokes as the funniest after having four or five drinks but the sober judges rated those jokes to be much less amusing and often actually offensive.
