Bonehead Of The Day:

A 55-year-old New York man got caught after robbing banks 37 times over the last few months.

The guy didn't steal money, he stole those little rugs inside the front doors. He'd sell them to bodegas for $30 a-piece and up.

Sometimes he did it during busy times and in broad daylight.

When he needed to get into the lobby late at night he used a stolen debit card.

Cops used surveillance video to track him down and then got lucky when a security guard called right after one of the rugs were stolen.

A cop nearby saw him walking down the street, carrying the rug, and arrested him.

And Now.. A Folding Car

Some folks in South Korea have created a car called the Armadillo... the car that folds in half after you park it.

And.... you can operate it from your SmartPhone.

The Armadillo-T, named after its design for its rear looks like a South American armadillo shell, shrinks from 110 inches to 70 inches. The rear shell kicks upward covering over the front, taking up only one-third of a typical Korean parking space. The micro car has a maximum speed of 37 mph and can travel 62 miles off a 10-minute fast charge.

According to a a professorwho led the project:  "We see cars as a complicated machine. But it is now time to start thinking new. Cars will be handy and convenient in the future. In other words, it will be more of a consumer electronic product."

Scrabble Secrets Revealed:  How To Always Win

A Scrabble expert (Barry Grossman) says there are at least 100 different tips players can use to win, or at least boost their overall score.

These include how to remember unusual words, why two-letter words, especially involving the 'X' tile, are so important and when it is acceptable to use proper nouns, which are usually banned.

He suggests adding unusual words to your vocabulary, such as "epopoeia," "psst," "qat," and "barry."

He also explains that two-letter words are important because they can be used to get rid of tiles towards the end of the game, but they can also be used to connect words.

He shares that another way to steal points is to take advantage of prefixes and suffixes, and warns against using the letter 'S' and the blank tile without careful thought.

The Most Popular Halloween Candy is...

A recent survey shows that most people favor chocolate Halloween treats.

According to Forbes, only 12 percent of Americans claim candy corn to be their favorite Halloween candy, compared to 72 percent who prefer chocolate.

Reese's is the most popular chocolate treat, with sales of around $510 million in the past year alone.

Gummies, chewy and hard candies, lollipops, mints and gum are our least favorite Halloween treats, scraping up a combined 16 percent of the votes.

Visualize This..  Spray On Clothing

Someday, packing for a trip might be as simple as throwing spray cans into your luggage that allow you to make your own spray-on clothes.

A British designer has created a spray-on fabric that can form a t-shirt or even evening attire.

Once sprayed onto a surface, the instant fabric forms a nonwoven material that dries almost instantly.

It can be easily peeled off, and can even create a shape—such as a flaring skirt—if sprayed correctly.

After a person is finished wearing a spray-on garment, it can be recycled by dissolving in a solution.

It will be ready to hit the market once all testing has been completed.

Bonehead Of The Day #2

After a South Carolina man helped his family get out of their burning home, he ran back inside to grab some beer.

The guy admitted he is an alcoholic.  He said he was dumb for going back into the burning house but he needed the beers.

The house's new water heater was the reason for the fire starting.

No one was injured in the fire.
