Bonehead Of The Day:

A Washington woman brought her child's birthday cake into a courthouse, rather than leave it in her car... with her dog.

Suddenly, a 50-year-old man ran in, grabbed a slice of cake and started eating it.

The cake had to go through a metal detector and ended up on a table when the man went after it.

Several cops went after the man and had to wrestle him to the ground. The man was at the courthouse after he was arrested for third-degree theft.

GOOD NEWS: A local bakery said they would replace the cake.

Tips To Help You Win The Lottery

A statistician from Louisiana has figured out a few ways to increase your chances of winning the lottery.

He's found that certain numbers come up more often than others.

Looking at the last 10 years, the most frequently drawn red Powerball number was 20.

For white balls the most frequently drawn were 42, 16, 35, 26, and 19.

There have been 16 winning Powerball tickets sold in Pennsylvania in the last 10 years, more than any other state…so you may want to buy your tickets there.

Facebook Is Creating A Housing Complex

Facebook already has a swanky campus in Menlo Park, but soon, it will also have an equally swanky housing community nearby.

The social network is working with a developer to build a 394-unit rental community within walking distance of Facebook headquarters.

Amenities include an on-site cafe and sports pub; a pet spa, dog park, and doggy day care; a yoga and training facility and other wellness services; a resort-like pool, rooftop deck, spa, and cabana; and, of course, a bicycle repair shop.

A Facebook rep says the $120 million project wasn't designed as an effort to retain employees. The development can only house about 10% of the local employees at most, and most of the units will be open to non-employees as well.

The development will include 208 one-bedroom apartments, 139 two-bedrooms, 35 studios, and 12 three-bedrooms; it won't be complete for at least two years.

The Best Burgers In America Are:

The list includes:

1. Minetta Tavern in New York City. Rapoport recommends the restaurant's Black Label Burger ($26). Caramelized onions add a touch of sweetness to the prime dry-aged beef, he says.

2. J.G. Melon in New York City. Burgers ($9.75) sizzle on a flat griddle at this 41-year-old pub and Upper East Side burger fixture. Cheese will cost customers an additional 50 cents and a trip to J.G. Melon is not complete without an order of the "old-school" cottage fries ($4.95).

3. Au Cheval in Chicago. Diners at the trendy eatery can order a single cheeseburger ($9.75) or a double ($11.95) on a brioche bun dressed with house-made Dijonnaise, pickles and minced onions.

4. Husk in historic Charleston, South Carolina (the restaurant has a second outpost in Nashville) serves its classic American cheeseburgers ($10) on a homemade buttermilk and benne seed bun. Its beef patties are blended with hickory-smoked bacon and a hot griddle helps the burgers develop a seared crust.

5. In-N-Out, the West Coast burger chain, has been popular with celebrities for years and many people make the trip just to eat at one. Its reputation and "exacting standards" -- preservative and additive free beef, crisp vegetables and freshly baked buns -- have made its burgers (about $1.95 for a plain burger, $2.25 with cheese) legendary.

Rapoport also gave high marks to burger chains Shake Shack and Five Guys.

National Crisis:  La-Z-Boy Furniture Has Stuffing Shortage

La-Z-Boy has a cushion filling shortage for their chairs

An elderly woman's La-Z-Boy was going flat so she called the local La-Z-Boy store and they told her there was a stuffing shortage.

She didn't hear back in months and her warranty was about to expire so she called the corporate office.   They confirmed the shortage and said they would extend her warranty if it came to that.

They said that La-Z-Boy products are custom made and that's the reason for the shortage.
