Robert Downey Jr . Seen Without His Iron Man Suit; Child Cries
Robert Downey Jr. made a toddler cry because he wasn't the 'real' Iron Man.
18-month-old super fan, Jaxson Denno, was in tears because the actor didn't wear his character's trademark suit in public.
The boy's mother said, "He was fine as soon as he talked to him. [He] was so confused because I kept telling him it was 'Iron Man' and he knew it wasn't. Well, not 'Iron Man' in the suit."
Downey ran into them in the neighborhood while out for a walk, and looked visibly worried about upsetting the boy.
Downey then spent 10 minutes with the child, and did his best to get a smile out of the toddler even though his people kept telling him he had to leave and was late for shooting.
Mom added, "He was amazing. You could tell he was a dad with a young son."
