Endurance: PUSH UP TEST


Men should be able to do 20-40 push ups in 60 seconds.


Women should be able to do 8-20 push ups in 60 second

Two Mile Run: How fast can you go?


12-14 minutes: GREAT!


15-17 minutes: FAIR


17+ minutes: BELOW AVERAGE
