Customer service, please hold

Consumers, for the most part, are very loyal to their favorite brands, but a new survey finds that there is a limit to their loyalty. According to the survey, 73% of Americans say they will not hesitate to abandon a favorite brand or business if they have even one poor customer service experience. That number is up from the same survey conducted in 2021 when only 42% said a bad customer service experience would get them to drop the brand.
